We selected Derek Smith to record voice over for an on-line hospitality training module on the subject of cask ale. In my experience Derek Smith delivered a first class service from beginning to end for us at Flow Hospitality Training. He came across as professional and prompt and was able to adapt his delivery style to suit our business needs. I was delighted that Derek was also flexible when it came to re-records and amendments.
